L’artiste Alex Maleev est un dessinateur de comics qui a réalisé avec “Spider-Woman Agent du S.W.O.R.D.” un véritable chef d’oeuvre. Cette B.D. est plus un recueil de peintures, de portraits qu’un “simple” comics, l’ambition artistique y est bien plus importante que dans la majorité des productions Marvel. Vous noterez l’utilisation abusive de couleurs saturées, de couleurs incohérentes avec le contexte (les visages bleu notamment) mais aussi la tension palpable dans le regard de l’héroïne, Jessica Drew. L’ensemble provoque un effet quasi-hypnotique par son déchaînement de couleurs et d’énergie; admirez son travail!
Artist Alex Maleev is a comic book artist who produced with “Spider-Woman Agent of S.W.O.R.D.” a real masterpiece. This comic book is more of a collection of paintings, of portraits than a “simple” comic book, the artistic ambition is much more important than in the majority of Marvel productions. You will notice the excessive use of saturated colors, colors inconsistent with the context (the blue faces in particular) but also the palpable tension in the gaze of the heroine, Jessica Drew. The whole causes an almost hypnotic effect by its unleashing of colors and energy; admire his work!
