Aguirre, la colère de Dieu est un film de Werner Herzog sorti en 1972. Dans ce film un noble espagnol, joué par un Klaus Kinski halluciné, recherche la fameuse cité d’or de l’Eldorado. Kinski cannibalise le film a lui tout seul, que ce soit par son jeu ou par son regard de fou.

Le film “Le nouveau monde” de Terrence Malick a révélé au monde entier une jeune beauté du nom de Q’Orianka Kilcher dans le rôle de Pocahontas. Lors de la réalisation du film en 2005, Q’Orianka a seulement 15 ans et, mon Dieu, elle rayonne et illumine ce film d’une grâce et d’une douceur inimaginables; rien que pour elle ce film doit être vu et revu!

Possession est un film d’Andrzej Żuławski de 1981. C’est une plongée violente et sans limite dans la folie d’une femme, jouée par Isabelle Adjani. Celle-ci vit à Berlin et son mari la soupçonne d’avoir un amant; à partir de là, tout s’enchaîne sans répit et elle plonge dans une hystérie jamais vue à l’écran. Cris, hurlements, coups, sang, violences physique et  psychologique, ce film est une bombe d’énergie et de vie qui effraie et attire à la fois.
Pour sa performance exceptionnelle, Isabelle Adjani a reçu le César de la meilleure actrice en 1982 et le prix d’interprétation féminine au Festival de Cannes en 1981.
