Possession est un film franco-allemand d’Andrzej Żuławski, sorti en 1981. Dans ce film, l’actrice Isabelle Adjani y livre une prestation intense, qui culmine dans une scène de métro terrifiante.

En faisant des arrêts sur images, on découvre stupéfait que le visage d’Adjani a l’aspect de celui d’un fantôme, sans visage, sans yeux, avec les dents blanches dessinant un motif inquiétant et grotesque, avec les traits fondus en un magma blanc terrifiant… Est-ce que cela a été voulu par le réalisateur, cela représente-t-il l’état de délabrement mental du personnage devenant fou… mystère, mais l’effet est fascinant, on croirait voir des tableaux de Francis Bacon.

Le film “Planète interdite” est un space opéra de 1956. Il aura marqué des générations de spectateurs, que ce soit pour les décors gigantesques de la cité des extraterrestres Krells ou pour le monstre d’énergie, sous forme d’un lion enragé. J’ai vu ce film étant enfant et cette créature m’avait très fortement impressionné; c’est pourquoi je tenais à lui rendre hommage via la séquence de l’attaque du vaisseau terrien.
